Junior Freelance Recruiter (Project-Based)
About the Role
We are looking for motivated and proactive Junior Recruiters based in Egypt to support international recruitment projects across multiple regions. This is a freelance, project-based opportunity for recruiters who have previous experience working on global hiring assignments and are comfortable sourcing candidates across different markets and industries.
Key Responsibilities
-Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS databases, and other sourcing channels.
-Screen candidates and conduct initial qualification interviews.
-Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
-Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
-Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
-Support recruitment projects across international markets.
-Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
-Meet project deadlines and recruitment KPIs.
Requirements:
-Based in Egypt.
-1–3 years of recruitment experience.
-Previous experience working on international or global recruitment projects.
-Experience recruiting across multiple regions including GCC, Europe, North America, or APAC is a plus.
-Hands-on experience using ATS platforms such as Workable, Greenhouse, Lever, Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn, Recruit CRM, or similar systems.
-Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools.
-Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
-Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Background:
-Experience in agency recruitment, RPO, or freelance recruitment projects.
-Exposure to hiring across different industries and functions.
-Experience working with international clients and stakeholders.
