Freelance - Notion Expert / Systems Builder (Freelance)

We're looking for an experienced Notion specialist to work with us on an ongoing freelance basis.

Rather than delivering a one-off pre-scoped build - we're looking for someone who can collaborate with our team to continuously improve and develop our internal Notion workspace as our requirements evolve.

What you'll be working on

- Designing and building scalable Notion workspaces

- Creating databases, dashboards and documentation

- Developing custom workflows and automations

- Improving user experience and workspace structure

- Building templates and internal operating systems

- Advising on best practice and recommending improvements

- Supporting ad hoc enhancements as new requirements arise

Requirements

We're looking for someone who has:

- Hands-on experience building advanced Notion workspaces

- A portfolio of previous Notion projects

- Experience with complex databases, relations, rollups and formulas

- Knowledge of Notion AI and integrations is an advantage

- Strong communication skills and the ability to turn ideas into practical solutions

- A proactive approach, bringing recommendations rather than simply following instructions
