Brazil is our key growth market. We already have a remote team of 6 Brazilian engineers and want to scale this community. You won’t be starting from scratch.

What You Will Do:

  • Source niche talent: Find passive candidates in Networking, Network Automation, DevOps, and Software Engineering in Brazil.

  • Pre-screen: Conduct initial calls to pitch CodiLime and verify candidate alignment.

  • Deliver profiles: Pass well-vetted candidates directly to our recruitment team.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Based in Brazil: Local presence and deep understanding of the Brazilian IT market.

  • Tech Sourcing Track Record: Experience in tech recruitment; deep familiarity with sourcing Networking (and Network Automation) or DevOps profiles is a key requirement.

  • Active network of local IT professionals in Brazil.

  • Fluent English (C1) to accurately assess candidates' communication skills.
