Freelance Graphic Designer

This is an hourly-based freelance position.

Compulsory Requirement: Minimum 3 Years Experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.

Payment Structure: Hourly-based payments - The Graphic Designer will be compensated on an hourly basis for work completed on both FyerX's internal branding initiatives and external client projects. Competitive hourly rates aligned with industry standards and experience level.

Work Arrangement: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design engaging visual content for both FyerX's internal marketing initiatives and diverse client brands, including social media graphics, digital ads, website assets, and brand identity materials.
  

• Collaborate closely with internal marketing strategists, copywriters, and clients to translate campaign objectives and brand narratives into compelling, high-quality visual designs.
  

• Develop, adhere to, and maintain brand guidelines for FyerX and various clients, ensuring visual consistency in typography, color palettes, and overall aesthetics across all deliverables.
  

• Prepare rough drafts, present creative concepts to stakeholders, and effectively incorporate feedback to refine designs and meet project goals.
  

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and digital platforms to provide innovative visual solutions and maintain a competitive edge for all campaigns.
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience with a robust portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility across digital and print mediums for corporate clients, agencies, or internal brands.
  

• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design software, particularly Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with UI/UX tools like Figma.
  

• Excellent visual communication skills; strong understanding of layout principles, color theory, typography, and how to craft visuals that resonate with target audiences.
  

• Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving expertise; ability to take a creative brief from concept to final execution while ensuring it aligns perfectly with brand goals.
  

• Strong organizational, time-tracking, and project management skills; ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and coordinate effectively with remote marketing teams.
