About Immigrant Invest

Immigrant Invest is an international consulting company specialising in citizenship and residence by investment. We help clients obtain alternative residence and citizenship through investment programmes across the European Union, the Caribbean, Vanuatu, and Turkey.

We are looking for an experienced English-speaking Author and Editor to join our editorial team. In this role, you will write and update articles related to investment migration, as well as edit content before publication.

Responsibilities

• Write and update long-form articles, guides, and other website content related to investment migration.

• Work with AI-generated drafts and transform them into accurate, natural, and engaging human-written content.

• Edit articles before publication, improving their structure, logic, clarity, flow, tone, and wording.

• Identify and rewrite common AI-generated patterns, including generic phrasing, repetition, unsupported claims, and excessive hedging.

• Research and fact-check figures, dates, programme requirements, and eligibility criteria using reliable and official sources.

• Structure content for readability and SEO performance.

• Prepare headings, meta descriptions, links, and other relevant content elements.

• Follow the company’s editorial guidelines and incorporate feedback from editors and subject-matter experts.

• Work collaboratively in Google Docs using comments and suggestion mode.

Requirements

• Native or near-native English proficiency, or a strong C1+ level.

• At least 1 year of professional writing and editing experience.

• Experience writing and editing articles, guides, blog posts, or other long-form content.

• Strong editing skills, including structural editing and detailed line-by-line review.

• Ability to transform AI-generated drafts into natural and engaging content.

• Strong fact-checking and online research skills.

• Basic knowledge of SEO copywriting, including headings, keyword placement, scannability, and meta descriptions.

• Confidence using Google Docs for collaborative work, including comments, suggestion mode, formatting, and link management.

• Excellent attention to detail and a responsible approach to deadlines.

• Ability to communicate proactively if a delay or issue arises.

• Confidence working independently and asynchronously across different time zones.

• Openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback.

Nice to Have

• Experience using and refining prompts for AI writing tools.

• Previous experience creating content related to immigration, relocation, finance, wealth management, real estate, or legal services.

• Knowledge of an additional language relevant to our markets, such as Russian, German, Turkish, Arabic, Spanish, French, or Portuguese.
