We are seeking a Performance Management Specialist to develop our client performance management process. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing performance management frameworks, conducting performance reviews, and providing coaching and feedback. You will work closely with the client leadership team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Develop KPIs, metrics, and or OKRs. Qualifications

You're a fit if you've been the Head of People, VP, or Director of HR. You've designed and run performance cycles at companies with 50-500 employees, and you have real opinions about the 9-Box (why it works, where it fails, and what makes calibration sessions actually productive).

Bachelor's degree preferred with 8+ years of experience in talent management and succession planning.

Fractional, remote, 10-25 hours/week
