Fractional - Executive Assistant (Marketing, E-commerce & Operations Specialist)

We are currently looking for experienced Executive Assistants with a versatile skill set to join our growing talent network.

If you have experience supporting executives remotely and can confidently take on a range of responsibilities across executive support, administration, operations, marketing, E-Commerce, sales, project coordination, AI tools and other business functions, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re especially interested in highly adaptable EAs who can wear multiple hats, work independently and use technology and AI to improve the way they work. Additional experience in areas such as bookkeeping, marketing, research, project management or business operations is a plus.

Each client engagement is different. Some may require traditional executive support while others may need a broader Unicorn EA who can step into multiple functions and help keep the business moving. We’ll match you with opportunities that best align with your skills, experience and availability.

Please note: We are currently talent pooling for future client opportunities. Placement and engagement availability will depend on your skill set, experience and the availability of suitable client opportunities. Joining our talent network does not guarantee immediate placement.

Location: Remote (United States)

Commitment: Fractional Engagements (Minimum 10 hours per week)

Availability: Must be able to support clients across U.S. time zones.

Compensation: $18–$25 USD per hour, depending on location, experience and client requirements.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of professional experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant
• Previous experience as a highly adaptable Executive Assistant with strong AI fluency and the ability to support diverse executive and operational needs is preferred.
• Experience working remotely in freelance, contract or fractional engagements
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently
• Availability for at least 10 hours per week
• Comfortable supporting clients across U.S. time zones
