Position – how you'll contribute

As a UI/UX Designer, you'll be part of a creative team and contribute to building intuitive and visually compelling digital products. You'll work closely with senior designers, development teams, and stakeholders to turn user needs into consistent and functional visual experiences.

• Building and maintaining a component library in Figma (icons, illustrations, UI elements);
• Developing wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes;
• Participating in user research and user testing sessions to understand customer needs;
• Supporting development teams during the implementation phase to ensure design fidelity;
• Presenting and validating concepts with stakeholders and end users;
• Documenting design specifications in a clear and accessible way for the technical team.

Expectations – the experience you need

• Comfortable working in Figma on real or personal projects;
• Understanding of core user-centric design principles and a genuine interest in UX/UI;
• Familiarity with current design trends for desktop and mobile;
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset;
• Attention to detail and a well-developed aesthetic sensibility.

Additional skills – the edge you have

• Experience with other design tools (Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Illustrator, Photoshop);
• Basic knowledge of UX research methodologies (interviews, heuristic reviews, usability testing);
• Experience with Jira or other project management tools in an agile environment;
• A degree in a design-related field (visual arts, architecture, visual communication, etc.).
