Pay Range: $18.77 - $22.80 hourly

Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle

As NFM’s Flooring Sales Phone Specialist  – Flooring Order, you will serve as the point of contact for customer’s project installation; including communicating with the customer, reviewing orders, scheduling orders, verifying product is in stock, and collecting payment. This role will interface with internal partners to ensure installation figures are accurate, and all information on sales orders are correct.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

• Monitor Call external vendors if product is not delivered by expected date, and set order for delivery if necessary
• Manage Schedule all installations with customer for all project orders and review installation expectations
• Assist Communicate with sales staff to get necessary information from sales order
• Collaborate Review installation order with customer to ensure accuracy

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 2 years office/clerical experience
• 1 year customer service experience preferred
• Data entry skills per established department requirements
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check
