We’re looking for a passionate Fleet Manager Italy (Center) who can increase the use of Alcoa Aluminum wheels in the Italian commercial vehicle market.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do: 

• Developing strategies and implementing action plans to increase the use of Alcoa® aluminum wheels for Commercial Vehicle (Truck, Bus, Trailer) versus steel wheels by convincing transportation fleets.

• The incumbent is primarily accountable to develop their fleets at all levels and to convince these contacts to purchase Alcoa® wheel products

• Working with our distributors to develop business opportunities.

• The incumbent maintains contacts to the tyre suspension, axle and wheel attachment manufacturers and truck and trailer dealers.

• Working in a truly multicultural team spread across Europe.

Location:

• This is a homebased position and covers the Center of Italy (preferred home office locations in order of preference: Rome, Florence and Pescara)

• The majority of the working week will be spent visiting fleets.

• The role will require regular travel and nights away from home.

Qualifications

This job might be for you, if you:

• Have bachelor degree or equivalent by experience.
• Speak native Italian and fluent in spoken and written English (must). 
• Gained experience in field sales and selling high value products.
• Knowledge of the commercial transportation business is an asset.
• Are motivated, passionate and result driven.
• Are reliable and an autonomous/self-starter
• Are accountable and a solution provider.
• Have experience of home working is desirable.
