About the Role:

Join our world class Finance & Accounting organization as part of the Finance Data Analytics team, where you’ll get hands-on experience with some of our key metrics such as Bookings (ACV) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). This role provides Sales support with a focus on Finance KPIs: we provide technical background of how metrics are derived and bridge the gap between
upstream Sales quoting structure to downstream final ARR impact. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder support experience, as well as proficient analytics and reporting skills.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide ad-hoc support to our global Sales and Sales Ops organizations to ensure accuracy of our Finance KPIs that impact revenue forecasting: ACV, ARR, Renewals.

  • Bridge and reconcile financial metrics, from quote lines to ACV to ARR.

  • Build reporting data sets and dashboards to support revenue-impacting projects or Sales initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely with upstream CRM platform teams to ensure high level of data quality.

  • Partner with Finance Data Engineering Team to investigate and drive solutions as the business evolves.

  • Participate in financial month-end and quarter-end close process.

What You’ll Need:

  • Preferred location: East Coast US.

  • Proficiency in SQL and knowledgeable of data flow and data warehousing concepts.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce.

  • Proficiency in data visualization (Tableau is a plus) and Excel.

  • Experience supporting external stakeholders - strong communication skills are a must-have with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Sales Support or Sales Ops experience is a plus.

  • Big 4 Experience (EY, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG) is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Engineering / a related discipline, or comparable work experience.

  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $70,000 - $95,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
