We're looking for influential, approachable, and growth-minded Financial Coaches who are passionate about helping people create lasting financial change. You'll work with clients over multiple years, helping them stay accountable, celebrate progress, overcome obstacles, and confidently implement our proven strategies.

What You'll Do

As a Tardus Financial Coach, you will become a trusted guide for your clients by coaching them through the Tardus Wealth System and our Six Pillars of Wealth™.

Your responsibilities include:

• Conduct engaging coaching sessions that educate, motivate, and inspire action.

• Coach clients through each of the Six Pillars of Wealth™, helping them understand how each pillar contributes to long-term financial success.

• Guide clients in implementing the patented Income Snowball™ system into their personal financial strategy.

• Help clients stay accountable to their goals through regular coaching meetings.

• Celebrate wins, identify obstacles, and develop action plans to keep clients progressing.

• Build trusted relationships that result in high client satisfaction and long-term renewals.

• Document coaching notes and follow established coaching systems and processes.

• Collaborate with fellow coaches and leadership while continually improving your coaching skills.

Financial coaching experience is helpful but not required. We provide comprehensive training on our systems, coaching process, and the Six Pillars of Wealth™.
