Description

We are seeking a highly analytical Financial Analyst to support FP&A and operational finance initiatives within a fast-growing organization. This role focuses on unit-level (4-wall) financial performance, helping leadership drive profitability, pricing decisions, and operational efficiency across the business. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment and enjoys digging into data to uncover insights and drive decision-making. Key Responsibilities Operational & Revenue Analysis • Analyze unit-level financial performance (4-wall margins) • Evaluate: ○ Revenue trends ○ Cost of goods sold (COGS) ○ Labor cost efficiency ○ Pricing impacts • Provide insights to improve store-level profitability Strategic & Investment Analysis • Conduct ROI analysis on key business initiatives • Support decisions on: ○ New investments ○ Pricing strategies ○ Operational changes • Assess financial risks and opportunities Partnership & Channel Analysis • Analyze performance of third-party delivery partners: ○ DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc. • Provide recommendations to optimize partnerships and margins Forecasting & Budgeting • Support forecasting and budgeting cycles • Analyze variances: ○ Identify why targets were missed or exceeded • Help improve forecasting accuracy and financial planning processes Real Estate & Development Support • Assist in financial analysis for: ○ New locations ○ Expansion decisions • Build models to support site selection and investment decisions

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Required Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in: ○ Financial Analysis, FP&A, or similar roles • Advanced Excel skills (modeling, data manipulation, scenario analysis) • Experience with: ○ Forecasting and budgeting processes ○ Variance analysis ○ ROI / investment analysis • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to translate data into business insights Preferred Qualifications • Experience in: ○ Restaurant, retail, or multi-unit business models • Familiarity with: ○ Operational finance / 4-wall analysis • Exposure to high-growth or fast-paced environments Ideal Candidate • Naturally curious and analytical • Comfortable working with ambiguity • Proven ability to dig into data and identify root causes Strong business acumen and decision-making mindset

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
