- Gather
accurate case information — accident details, attorney info, case status,
and insurance data
- Assess
case eligibility and route to the appropriate funding team for review
- Coordinate
with attorneys and law firms to collect necessary documentation
- Keep
detailed, accurate records of every client interaction and case update
- Follow up
consistently to move cases through the pipeline without delays
- Maintain
compliance with industry regulations and data privacy standards
WHO
YOU ARE
- 3+ years
of experience in a call center, legal, financial, or intake-related role
(Required)
- Familiarity
with pre-settlement funding, personal injury, or legal funding processes
is a strong plus
- A warm,
professional communicator — you handle sensitive conversations with care
and confidence
- Detail-oriented
and accurate — you know the small things make a big difference in this
industry
- Comfortable
managing multiple cases simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Discreet
and trustworthy with sensitive client and legal information
- Flexible
