We are looking for a Finance/Operations manager who will support daily financial and operational processes. In this role, you will work with expenses, payments, reporting, budgeting, documentation, and coordination of internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with payment preparation and processing

  • Track expenses and maintain accurate financial records

  • Support budget preparation, reporting, and internal analytics

  • Maintain and update documentation, spreadsheets, and internal records

  • Support daily operational and administrative processes

  • Coordinate internal tasks across teams and assist with process organization

  • Monitor timely completion of operational tasks

  • Help ensure smooth day-to-day team operations

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of experience in analytics, operations support, project management, financial/administrative coordination, or related areas

  • Basic understanding of finance, budgeting, or business operations

  • Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets

  • Understanding of basic formulas and ability to work with spreadsheets for budgets, expense tracking, and reporting

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously

  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change

  • Proactive mindset, sense of ownership, and willingness to take on different tasks
