Key Responsibilities
- Drive AWS cost optimization initiatives across cloud environments
- Perform resource rightsizing and utilization analysis
- Manage Reserved Instances (RIs) and Savings Plans strategies
- Implement cost allocation and tagging frameworks
- Monitor AWS Cost Anomaly Detection alerts
- Utilize AWS Trusted Advisor and Cost Optimization Hub recommendations
- Analyze AWS Cost and Usage Reports (CUR)
- Support AWS Organizations and multi-account cost governance
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of AWS cloud operations, cloud engineering, or FinOps experience
- Hands-on experience with AWS cost management and optimization tools
- Strong understanding of AWS Organizations and multi-account environments
- Experience with cost reporting, allocation, and governance best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- FinOps Certified Practitioner certification
- AWS certification(s)
- Background in cloud engineering, EECS, Electrical Engineering, or related technical disciplines
