Role Overview

As a Financial Analyst - Operations Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy and operations of the company. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence business planning and financial management in a fully remote setting, collaborating with teams in Georgia and Warsaw.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and controlling the company's financial management system.

  • Processing and tracking invoices.

  • Preparing and maintaining management P&L reports.

  • Monitoring profitability by client, project, and business line.

  • Tracking cash flow and liquidity position.

  • Monitoring recruiter productivity and business performance metrics.

  • Preparing monthly management reports and financial summaries.

  • Controlling accounts receivable and outstanding payments.

  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.

  • Coordinating various finance-related processes across the business.

  • Identifying opportunities to improve reporting, controls, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, ideally with business planning responsibilities.

  • Understanding of P&L management, cash flow analysis, and financial reporting.

  • Experience working with invoices, accounts receivable, and financial controls.

  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of financial processes.

  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

  • Languages: English B1, Russian C1.
