Provide training to management and staff on Brunswick Systems. Trains and delivers management, financial, and operational instruction for electronic scoring, league/tournament record keeping systems, point of sale, and business systems used in retail establishments. Perform system upgrades and conversions of current and past Brunswick Center Network Systems. Assists the larger organization on a variety of projects relating to product development, testing, support, documentation, employee development, and customer resolution.

Deliver standardized and customized instruction to the management and staff within prescribed amount of time and cost.

Support R&D and other internal groups through product testing activities, customer support, internal employee training, product documentation, and other projects as directed by Training Supervisor.

Perform Center Network System hardware and software troubleshooting and upgrades when migrating customers to new or improved systems.

Assist Product Development and R&D in identifying and resolving software enhancement and bugs that affect proper operations of Brunswick Center Network Systems and interface of third-party software.
QualificationsMinimum Position Qualifications:
Experience
Technical Training: The ability to train on the installation, operation, and service of the Capital Equipment Center Network Systems and related products. This includes outstanding interpersonal skills, communication skills, and customer service skills.
Technical Writing: The ability to organize and create technical documents for internal documentation and the training of end users and fellow employees.
Computer Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of software programs: Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows 11, 2008/2012/2016/2019/2022 Server, Lotus Notes, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Teams. Comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware, equipment and installation, including: CNS system upgrades; component upgrades to PCs, network setup and troubleshooting, installation of computer peripheral devices, and troubleshooting computer hardware/software.
General Knowledge: Extensive skills and knowledge of: Bowling formats, bowling center operation and management, Food & Beverage operations, customer relations, Time/expense management, telephone skills, effective problem solving.
Travel Requirements
90% of the time – Internet training can be provided from home location.
Education Level
Associates Degree in Education, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience in training and bowling center operation & management.
