Job Summary
The Field Service Technician is responsible for completing repairs in the Field, Workshop, and Distributor/Customer facilities. Responsibilities are for all models produced by Tadano.
Key Responsibilities
• Performs work for inspection, troubleshooting, tear down, repair, reassembly, test and maintenance.
• Proficient in electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, and powertrains.
• Performs complete inspections in accordance with standard industry practices, specifications and factory guidelines.
• Performs operating and safety demonstrations to Distributors/Customers.
• Completes necessary paperwork of service provided. Paperwork includes service reports, warranty reports, timesheets, parts requests, and expense reports.
• Assists Field Service Manager with processes as necessary.
• Performs maintenance activities of company owned vehicles and equipment as needed.
• Performs other labor as needed to maintain an orderly, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Tracks and maintains company owned tools and equipment.

Qualifications
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years relevant experience in Heavy Equipment or Automotive service and/or manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of product safety and equipment standards as applicable.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised for extended periods without direction.
• Must have strong schematic interpretation.
• Must be willing to work nights and weekends and be available to travel with little notice.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Pay Range
Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $105,000 annually (DOE)
