The Field Service Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of Marel machinery at client sites. They also provide customer training and act as the primary point of contact for technical support and service activities.
The Field Service Tech (FST) is the front-line field service representative and is responsible for fulfilling the customer's expectations during on-site activities. The FST is experienced in JBT Marel equipment (or equivalent) and works independently, solving technical and/or technological issues for a standard product process. The FST may mentor junior FSTs and provide basic training.
