What We Need

We are hiring a Field Service Sales Representative to help franchise service businesses succeed with ServiceBridge FSM solutions. You'll be reaching out to the owners and operators who run service businesses across a range of industries - helping them optimize their fleet operations to increase field productivity, grow revenue, and manage costs.

We're not looking for a specific résumé. We're looking for someone with drive, curiosity, and a real excitement to connect with people - someone ready to put their strengths to work and grow into even more. What You'll Do

  • Reach out and connect. Start conversations with business owners, build rapport fast, and get them genuinely interested in what we do.
  • Build on every lead. Some engagements will come to you - inbound interest that helps you build relationships and open doors faster. Run with them.
  • Learn the business. Get curious about how these operators run their day - where the opportunities are to work smarter and serve their clients better - so you understand what will move the needle for them.
  • Match the solution to the need. Listen for what matters most to each owner, then shape the right solution around it. Show them how we drive better results for their business and their clients - not a generic pitch, but an answer built for them.
  • Connect the value. Help each owner see exactly how we make their business smoother and more profitable. Keep it simple, keep it real, and make it about them.
  • Earn a client for life. When you build real value and help an owner succeed, the relationship lasts. Show them what's possible and become the partner they trust for the long haul.
  • Keep the momentum going. Stay active, nurture your relationships, and follow up with care. The energy and genuine interest you bring is what keeps clients moving forward.
