Field-Service Engineer (m/w/d) in the Southern Lower Saxony area (Hannover, Bielefeld, Magdeburg) HomeOffice-based

Responsibilities

• National Service & Support on-site for MIR- and Microscopy systems as well as other technologies
• Installation, repair, maintenance, upgrades, system diagnoses, relocation support
• Process-Integration of analytical instruments
• Network integration of analytical systems with dedicated software solutions
• Familiarization of users with instruments and applications
• If needed: support the remote-solution center
• On request: support of in-house repairs
• If needed: support with Service relevant document generation
• Frequent travel and overnight stays are required

Qualifications

Personality:

• Customer centralized acting, thinking in solutions, accepting responsibilities and team spirit
• Can-do-attitude!
• Solid knowledge with all modern PC and network standards
• Self-responsible working and time management combined with flexibility
• Willingness to travel several days per week

Qualifications:

• Degree in electronics/electric/mechatronic or comparable experiences
• Solid technical knowledge in electronics, mechanics, ideally in optics as well
• Proven track record in MIR- and Microscopy as well as remote diagnoses and/or microscopy is a clear plus
• Field Service experience
• Fluent in German, solid English in speech and writing
