Field Service Engineer

Job Description

This position supports Agilent's commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing responsive technical support and ensuring customers achieve maximum value from their instruments and solutions. Through hands-on involvement in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer engagement activities, the role contributes to instrument uptime, operational efficiency, and customer success.

This role supports both the delivery of outstanding customer experiences and the growth of future technical capabilities, contributing to Agilent's long-term business success, operational excellence, and customer-centric culture.

May have knowledge of third-party products.

May deliver internal technical training and maintenance seminars and workshops for field engineers or customers.

May train other field engineers or customers.

May calibrate equipment on-site for large volume customers.

May qualify leads.

Must consent to participate and meet Agilent approved customer/vendor credentialing requirements necessary to gain access to customer sites.

Requirements may include, but are not limited to, proof of identification, proof of certification to perform the work required, customer health and safety requirements, etc.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.

Post-graduate, certification, and/or license may be required.

Generally, requires minimal to no prior relevant work experience.

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
