What you'll do here:

As a Sales Consultant at Cengage, you will help transform educational experiences for learners. You will do this by promoting the adoption of our innovative digital products and services. You will:

• Develop and complete strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets within the NH/Eastern MA region.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with educators, administrators, and other key collaborators.
• Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations of our world-class digital solutions to potential clients.
• Examine market trends and competitor actions to discover new sales prospects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer happiness.
• Provide outstanding post-sales support to ensure clients successfully implement our solutions.
• Report on sales performance and provide insights to improve future strategies.

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the education technology sector.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical abilities to identify market trends and customer needs.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. 

In this position,  you will be eligible to participate in the company’s variable Sales incentive compensation program.

Target Variable Compensation:

annually

Actual incentive earnings are not guaranteed and may be more or less than the target amount based on achievement of performance goals and the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan.
