Field Operations Coordinator - Veterinary Services

BluePearl is hiring for 2 Field Operations Coordinators to our remote team!
 

The Field Operations Coordinator provides high-impact operational and administrative support to the Director of Strategy, Director of Operations Support, Division Vice Presidents, and their leadership teams. This role enables smooth day-to-day operations, coordination with centralized functions, and process/tools management.

Job Responsibilities

• Organizes and facilitates communication with centralized functions to allow smooth field operations.
• Manages logistical requirements to ensure operational excellence, including communications, meeting management, organization of supporting documents, and tracking of initiatives.
• Partners with Corporate Affairs and Field Operations to ensure support documentation is adequately created to address the needs of Field Associates.
• Supports program management for Field Operations by creating and managing Smartsheets/spreadsheets, and providing tracking for Field Ops initiatives.
• Prepares spreadsheets and reports that support operational planning and execution (e.g., training, workforce planning, CapEx planning).
• Gathers and consolidates Support Office requests and materials.
• Assists in onboarding new field leaders, ensuring they have the operational resources and tools needed for success.
• Maintains updated email lists, contact information, and organization charts for the Field.
• Edits and ensures accuracy in SharePoint pages.
• Processes invoices as needed.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or other relevant field required.
• 2-4 years of experience in operations coordination, program coordination, or administrative support required.
• Certification in Project Management preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, prioritization of work, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting field-based teams, multi-site operations, or regional teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Outlook, and virtual meeting platforms (Teams/Zoom).
• Experience pulling and gathering data, including the use of Smartsheet and OneDrive.
• Experience creating, editing, and maintaining SharePoint sites.
• Experience in a healthcare, veterinary, or medical operations environment preferred.

Working Conditions

• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods (8+ hours).

• Noise level in the work environment can be moderately high, with potential exposure to animal dander, fur, and other elements typical of a veterinary hospital during site visits.
• Travel of up to 10% may be required.
