Field Deployment Engineer – Brazil

Field Deployment Engineers sit where product, engineering and customers meet. You'll configure and implement Holistic AI for enterprise deployments, make sure it works in real customer environments, and feed what you learn back to Product and Engineering.

This is hands-on delivery work with technical depth, not a UI-only or support-only role. Strong engineers who prefer customer deployment to core platform work may be an excellent fit.

Holistic AI builds AI governance and assurance tooling for enterprise customers. Our platform helps organisations test AI systems responsibly and align their governance with frameworks such as the EU AI Act and NIST. We're a team of about 40 people, hiring carefully: quality over speed.

What you'll do

• Lead or support the technical configuration and implementation of Holistic AI for customer pilots and production deployments.
• Translate customer requirements into workable product configurations and integration patterns.
• Use deep product knowledge and backend understanding to troubleshoot deployments and advise on architecture choices.
• Partner with Pre-Sales, account teams and Engineering on complex customer environments.
• Document deployment patterns, runbooks and customer-facing technical guidance.
• Surface product gaps and feedback to improve the platform for future deployments.

What you'll bring

• A strong technical background in software engineering, solutions engineering or similar, and a willingness to work closely with customers.
• The ability to learn a complex product deeply and configure it for varied enterprise contexts.
• Backend or systems understanding (APIs, integrations, environments), not front-end only.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort working across time zones in a distributed team, and strong written English.

Nice to have

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles: solutions engineering, implementation, professional services or field deployment.
• Experience with AI/ML products, or governance, security or compliance tooling.
• Familiarity with cloud deployment patterns and enterprise IT constraints.

Location and working model

• Brazil (2 roles).
• Remote, in a distributed team.
• Customer-facing work as needed for deployments and workshops.

Compensation
