  • Strong understanding of the federal market, customer priorities, competitive dynamics, and partner ecosystems.
  • Ability to communicate a compelling value proposition to technical, acquisition, program, and executive audiences.
  • Understanding and background of biometrics is ideal.
  • Proficiency with sales and market-intelligence tools such as Salesforce, SAM.gov, and LinkedIn.

  • Working knowledge of federal acquisition processes, contract vehicles - including GSA MAS, IDIQs, and BPAs - procurement timelines, and proposal requirements.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, forecasting, pipeline management, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to support customers throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area and travel to customer sites, industry events, and company meetings as business needs require.
