This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow. You'll work with prospective and existing customers, develop new business, and build lasting client relationships—all while enjoying the flexibility of a remote position.
What You'll Do
- Follow up with leads and referrals to connect with prospective customers (LEADS PROVIDED!)
- Build relationships with new and existing clients through consistent communication and follow-up.
- Prospect for new business through outreach, referrals, and networking.
- Learn about customers' needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, and benefits.
- Prepare quotes and help customers through the sales process.
- Respond to customer questions by phone and email.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and coverage.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow agency processes.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching.

- Preference given to candidates residing in Oklahoma.
Previous insurance or sales experience is preferred. Candidates with strong sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience are encouraged to apply.
