The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
This role is part of the EMEA Solventum supply chain group within the Distribution/Logistics department. The Intercompany/export specialist is part of a team supporting order management and export documentation for NPWT business globally. Liaising with the wider supply chain, including warehouse operations, planning, transportation, quality and trade compliance teams on a regular basis to ensure the smooth and timely replenishment of export orders. The role reports into the NPWT Team Leader.

As an Export Specialist - NPWT ICO, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

The role specifically involves the management of NPWT intercompany export orders and export documentation through our ERP system to facilitate the successful despatch of replenishment orders to our global warehouses. The role includes liaison with different parts of the supply chain business teams globally. This includes working closely with warehouse teams to ensure replenishment orders are successfully despatched to our global warehouses who service wholesalers and direct customers. The role includes the resolution of issues on a daily basis and requires good knowledge of global supply chain operations. The ability to work to specific details and to prioritise workload accordingly is essential. Experience of working in a global facing role and with the compliance requirements of export documentation is desirable. Experience of ERP systems, especially Oracle, will be advantageous as will Microsoft software eg Word, Excel.

•              Strong team player essential, as the team Is multi-functional

•              Excellent communication skills

•              Experience of ERP systems

•              Knowledge of export operations, including documentation requirements

•              Experience of ERP systems

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Experience of ERP systems, especially Oracle

• Microsoft software skills eg Word, Excel.

Work location:

• Remote, UK or Ireland

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic travel for meetings

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
