Expert Software (Kinaxis Maestro) Engineer

Ciklum is looking for an Expert Software (Kinaxis Maestro) Engineer to join our team full-time in Poland.

About the role:

As an Expert Software (Kinaxis Maestro) Engineer, you'll help define how planning works through Kinaxis Maestro. You'll design, document, validate and configure end-to-end planning solutions while helping grow Kinaxis Maestro as the go-to platform for planning how products are manufactured and distributed globally. This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll move between solution design, business discussions and platform configuration, helping create stable, scalable and future-ready planning capabilities.

Responsibilities: 

• Define and shape planning solutions within the Kinaxis Maestro platform
• Improve platform stability through stronger configuration, data flow management and operational practices
• Introduce release management approaches and support models that strengthen platform health
• Challenge legacy processes and help align planning ways of working with platform capabilities
• Support the wider planning transformation journey across the organisation

Requirements: 

• Delivered solutions using Kinaxis Maestro, including platform configuration and optimisation
• Built end-to-end APS or supply chain planning solutions from business requirements through implementation
• Designed planning architectures that connect business processes and technology platforms
• Translated complex business requirements into documented planning solutions
• Applied supply chain planning processes and dependencies across planning environments
• Led collaboration between business and technology teams in a solution architecture or consulting capacity

Desirable: 

• Implemented Closed Loop Planning concepts or operating models
• Configured Kinaxis integrations, data models and planning master data
• Delivered solutions across supply, demand, inventory, S&OP or IBP planning processes
• Established solution governance frameworks, architecture standards or SAP engineering capabilities
