Experiential Marketing Contractor

We're partnering with a global audio streaming company to find a talented Experiential Marketing Contractor. This role is based in New York City (1 day per week onsite ideally). Ideal for a motivated marketer passionate about culture and live events, this opportunity allows you to contribute to innovative campaigns that deepen audience engagement and celebrate Black culture. *Experiential Marketing Contractor Responsibilities:* * Assist in designing and executing experiential marketing initiatives aligned with brand goals and cultural relevance. * Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to develop creative ideas and ensure seamless campaign delivery. * Prepare project materials such as presentations, updates, and documentation to communicate progress and insights. * Coordinate day-to-day logistics, including stakeholder communication, scheduling, and timeline management. * Support event setup, onsite logistics, and stakeholder engagement during campaigns and activations. *Experiential Marketing Contractor Qualifications:* * 4-6+ years of experience supporting experiential marketing, events, or brand activations. * Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders. * Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and capacity to handle multiple priorities. * Experience in live event planning, logistics, and vendor collaboration. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen understanding of culture, music, and community engagement. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
