Remote | Full-Time Seasonal | 5+ Years Jackson Hewitt Experience Required

We are looking for an experienced Jackson Hewitt Tax Professional to join our Remote Team for the upcoming tax season.

Our Remote Team plays a critical role in supporting our offices. Team members prepare tax returns remotely for clients working with our Client Service Associates (CSAs), assist tax professionals with challenging returns, troubleshoot issues, and help keep our offices running smoothly throughout tax season.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Jackson Hewitt experience required
  
  
• TP3 level or higher required
  
  
• General Manager or Area Manager experience strongly preferred
  
  
• Strong knowledge of Jackson Hewitt tax software, systems, and processes
  
  
• Experience preparing and troubleshooting complex tax returns
  
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  
  
• Ability to work independently while being an active part of a remote team
  
  
• Dependable, positive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  
  

What You'll Do

• Prepare tax returns remotely for clients working with CSAs in our offices
  
  
• Communicate with CSAs to gather information and ensure accurate, efficient return preparation
  
  
• Assist tax professionals with tax questions 
  
  
• Help resolve holds, rejects, and return-management issues
  
  
• Troubleshoot Jackson Hewitt software and process questions
  
  
• Support and coach tax professionals with varying levels of experience
  
  
• Work closely with our leadership team to support offices throughout tax season
