Experienced Fractional Executives Only | South Africa-Based | Local & UK Clients

This is a remote position.

This opportunity is for professionals who have already delivered paid fractional leadership engagements at C-suite level.

You must have worked within a business on a part-time, ongoing basis, taking executive responsibility for a function, leading execution and remaining accountable for business outcomes.

Please apply if you can demonstrate:

• Previous paid engagements as a fractional CEO, CFO, COO, CMO, CTO or equivalent executive.
  

• Direct involvement in leadership decisions, with clearly defined responsibilities and authority.
  

• Ownership of implementation, teams, budgets or business performance within your remit.
  

• Measurable outcomes from those engagements.
  

• Current residence in South Africa and capacity to support local or UK clients.
  

This opportunity is not suitable if:

• You want to move into fractional work but have not yet completed a fractional executive engagement.
  

• Your experience consists solely of full-time executive employment, full-time interim appointments, advisory work, coaching or project-based freelance delivery.
  

• You have provided recommendations or specialist services without holding ongoing executive responsibility within the client’s business.
  

Requirements

Your CV must show, for each fractional engagement:

• The client or an anonymised description of the business.
  

• Your executive role, engagement dates and days worked per week or month.
  

• Your responsibilities, decision-making authority and reporting line.
  

• What you personally implemented and the outcomes achieved.
  

A fractional title alone is insufficient. The responsibilities and evidence must substantiate it. One qualifying engagement is sufficient to demonstrate previous experience; multiple simultaneous clients are not required.

Indicative day rates are R8,000–R10,000+, depending on the role, experience and agreed scope.

Applications that do not clearly demonstrate previous fractional executive experience will not be considered. Please do not relabel consulting, freelance or full-time roles as fractional.
