Job Description

We are looking for an Executive VIP Manager in Mexico to cater for our absolute top tier clientele in the Mexico region. As Executive VIP Manager you are responsible to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and actively seek solutions to potential problems as well as engaging customers’ attention and loyalty. If you have a flair for VIP client communication and understand consumer behaviour, we would like to meet you. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Identify and assess customer needs to deliver service that consistently exceeds expectations.

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

  • Take the extra mile to engage customers through various platforms.

  • Arrange activities tailored to customers’ preferences in the designated market, e.g. sport events.

  • Go above and beyond to create positive and memorable customer experiences.

  • Self-motivated and ambitious individual who wants to excel in interpersonal relationships.

  • Get-things-done mentality from taking initiative to execution.

  • Excellent networking skills and inside information on market’s ongoing events.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices will be considered as an advantage.

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Strong communication/public relations along with active listening skills required.

  • Accountability and conscientiousness.
