Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and source high-quality candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, HR
Navigator, Apollo, and other recruitment tools.
● Conduct and employ targeted strategies for headhunting ,mid-to-senior level roles
across functions.
● Engage in active sourcing, including cold outreach, passive candidate engagement,
and network tapping.
● Screen, interview, and evaluate potential hires against role specifications.
● Maintain and update candidate pipelines and tracking systems.
● Collaborate with senior managers to understand role requirements and define ideal
candidate profiles.
● Execute recruitment strategies tailored to the EdTech sector and consultancy-driven
hiring mandates.
● Work independently and meet hiring targets within defined timelines in a remote
working setup.
● Maintains a healthy network of Clients and candidates.
● Handle end to end Recruitment cycle,a must. Shall be able to form SOP.
and/or HR consultancy.
● Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, HR Navigator, Apollo, and similar sourcing
tools/platforms.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability across a
variety of roles.
● Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver under tight deadlines in a remote
environment.
● Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Strong understanding of Indian employment practices and hiring trends.
● Prior experience working in a remote recruitment setup.
● Understanding of the talent landscape in the education or EdTech sector.
● Immediate Joiner is preferred.
