This is your chance to be part of a Global Sales Team that ensures Hilton owners and operators receive the combined benefits of scale, access, competence, and experience. As an Executive Director, Business Travel Sales, you will support the team responsible for providing a differentiated selling platform for Hilton's diverse portfolio of brands by being relentlessly motivated to grow market share. On the Business Travel Sales team, you will report to the Vice President. You will shape and execute the company's overarching business travel strategy which aims to drive revenue growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and enhance market share across key corporate segments including corporate travel and extended stay.
What you'll do during a typical day:
- Provide direct support to the Vice President Global Business Travel Sales on performance initiatives and HWS Business Travel priorities
- Lead a team of sales professionals supporting corporate accounts to successful achievement of quarterly and annual goals
- Understand customers' evolving needs and buying habits, and broader competitive landscape to ensure alignment with our offerings and help inform product development
- Identify regional and segment performance trends, adjusting strategy based on market shifts and opportunities
- Represent Hilton and the Business Travel Sales team in industry forums (e.g., GBTA, BTN)
How you'll collaborate with others:
- Build relationships with partners across a matrixed organization to move B2B initiatives forward and ensure the support of our business objectives
- Establish and maintain relationships with enterprise accounts, TMC partners and the hotel community
- Work closely with pricing, distribution and service partners within Hilton to help shape the strategy and innovation that supports the business transient and extended stay segments
Deliverables you'll take ownership of:
- Drive performance with the team: setting business objectives and long-term goals
- Articulate the strategy for initiatives like the annual RFP process, as well as supporting work around aligning global business travel sales teams
- Identify new approaches and uncover business opportunities in segments
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Ten (10) years of work experience in national sales management
- Five (5) years of work experience in business travel or hotel space.
- Experience leading teams
- Knowledge of distribution landscape
- Experience leading strategy and contract negotiations.
- Travel up to 40% of the time
It would be useful if you have:
- Advanced degree
- Experience in extended stay and mobility
- Understanding of hotel distribution landscape
- Experience with Salesforce

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $200,000 – $260,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, and the Company's long-term incentive plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
