As an Executive Director, you’ll lead the development and implementation of the organization’s strategic goals and initiatives, as well as oversee the daily operations ensuring efficient resource management and operational excellence.

- Drive financial performance by managing budgets, financial planning, and securing new funding opportunities.
- Representing the organization at community events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance its presence and reputation
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards to maintain the organization’s integrity and accountability.
- Available Monday–Friday, core hours in a U.S. time zone.
- Occasional weekends may be required.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a Medical background is preferred.
- Proven experience in an executive leadership role with a strong understanding of strategic planning and organizational development.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
- Reliable home internet and a quiet space to take calls.
- Marketing or medical background.
- A history of taking a messy process and making it cleaner without being asked.
