Position Summary:

To support our continued growth, Azurreo is hiring a remote Executive Coordinator. This is a pivotal role working closely with the company manager, combining financial oversight, administrative support, and client communication. We’re looking for someone business-oriented, reliable, and ready to commit long-term to our international team.

Tasks

  • Manage the manager’s calendar and meeting schedule; ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Handle invoicing, monitor payments, and communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances.
  • Maintain financial dashboards and expense reports; support budget tracking.
  • Assist with financial planning and contribute to reporting.
  • Perform general administrative duties (document organization, file management).
  • Coordinate communication with clients, service providers, and partners.
  • Support internal teams with cross-functional administrative and commercial tasks.
  • Organize travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries).
  • Work effectively across time zones and in a multicultural setting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in administration, finance, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with financial and operational exposure.
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in customer-facing financial contexts.
  • Highly organized, self-sufficient, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in office and collaboration tools (Excel, Word, cloud platforms, etc.).
  • Business-minded and capable of understanding company operational needs.
  • Long-term availability and commitment to the role.
  • Flexible work hours to support international coordination when necessary.
