About the Role:
Fetch is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders across the organization. This role creates leverage for executives by protecting their time, improving prioritization and coordination, and helping the organization move faster and more effectively.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. You will manage complex day-to-day executive needs while also looking ahead—anticipating conflicts, identifying opportunities to improve how leaders work, and creating systems that make the broader organization more efficient.
This is not simply a calendar-management role. Our Executive Assistants develop a strong understanding of their leaders’ priorities and businesses, exercise sound judgment, and act as strategic partners who increase leadership effectiveness.
We are currently hiring multiple Executive Assistants to support executives across Sales, Marketing, Technology and Product & Go-to-Market.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.

- Serve as a trusted partner to senior executives, developing a deep understanding of their priorities, teams, operating rhythms, and business objectives.
- Own complex calendar management and prioritization, ensuring executive time is aligned to the highest-impact work.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts, competing priorities, and organizational dependencies before they become blockers.
- Coordinate meetings across senior leaders and cross-functional teams, including agendas, logistics, preparation, and follow-through when needed.
- Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements and related logistics.
- Support executive communications, meeting preparation, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Partner closely with other Executive Assistants and Administrative Assistants to coordinate leadership activities and ensure seamless coverage.
- Help establish and maintain scalable operating practices, including coverage plans, documentation, delegation norms, and shared systems.
- Coordinate executive and team offsites, leadership meetings, events, and other high-priority activities.
- Manage expenses, approvals, and other administrative processes accurately and efficiently.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with exceptional judgment and discretion.
- Build strong relationships across the organization and serve as a trusted point of coordination for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify repetitive or inefficient workflows and use technology, automation, and AI tools to improve how work gets done.
- Continuously look for opportunities to reduce friction, create executive capacity, and improve organizational effectiveness.
