Key Responsibilities

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as a professional liaison between executives and clients
  • Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and escalations
  • Support preparation for client meetings, proposals, and presentations

  • Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary

Operations & Coordination

Qualifications
