We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to executive leadership. The ideal candidate will manage executive schedules, coordinate meetings, prepare reports, maintain confidential information, and assist with daily business operations. This role requires excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Administrative Support
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Draft letters, reports, and executive correspondence.
- Coordinate office communications and administrative activities.
- Organize meetings, conferences, and company events.
- Order office supplies and maintain administrative records.
Project Coordination
- Monitor project deadlines and executive priorities.
- Track action items and follow up on assignments.
- Assist with departmental projects and special initiatives.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.
Office Operations
- Support daily office operations and workflow.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient communication.
- Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative or executive support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Compensation
Hourly Pay: $28.00 – $50.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
