This is a remote position.
• Amazon 1P Strategic Leadership: Own the end-to-end business development for Amazon 1P. Lead high-stakes negotiations for annual terms, rebates, and co-op marketing funds to maximize profitability.
•Listing & Conversion Engineering: Execute "Listing Excellence" by optimising titles, A+ content, and imagery based on the A10 algorithm. Drive organic and paid visibility while maintaining a healthy ACoS/ROAS.
•Data-Driven Growth: Utilize advanced tools (Helium 10, Keepa) to conduct competitor "reverse-engineering," identify traffic gaps, and monitor market price parity.
•Supply Chain & Fulfilment: Coordinate with GTM and Logistics teams to manage 1P PO (Purchase Order) lifecycles. Ensure 100% stock availability during peak events (Prime Day, Black Friday) using FBA/FBT resources.
•Multi-Channel Synergy: Use Amazon as a "market anchor" to provide data-driven insights for TikTok Shop and Joybuy, ensuring price integrity and brand consistency across the EU ecosystem.
Requirements
⚫ Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, eCommerce, Marketing, or a related field.
⚫3–5 years of proven success in E-commerce, with mandatory hands-on experience in Amazon 1P (Vendor Central). Background in Consumer Electronics or Mobile Tech is highly preferred.
⚫Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Helium 10 and Keepa. You must be able to translate complex data into actionable sales strategies.
⚫Negotiation Excellence: A seasoned negotiator capable of defending brand margins while securing exclusive platform resources (Vine, DOTD, etc.).
⚫Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
⚫Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
⚫Mindset: A proactive "Owner" who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can navigate complex EU regulations (DSA, EPR, etc.).
