Epic RTE/RTA Analyst

Epic Referrals & Authorizations Analyst (RTE/RTA)

Location: Remote

Duration: 3-Month Contract (Extension Possible)

We are seeking an Epic Referrals & Authorizations Analyst to support daily operations, workflow optimization, and new clinic build activities. The consultant will work closely with clinical, operational, and IT teams to enhance patient access workflows and support an upcoming RTA go-live.

Required:

• Epic Referrals Certification
• Epic Authorizations Certification
• Strong Epic Referrals, Authorizations, and Work Queue (WQ) experience
• Hands-on build, optimization, testing, and workflow analysis experience
• Experience supporting healthcare provider organizations

Preferred:

• Epic Prelude Certification
• Epic Cadence Certification
• Reporting/analytics experience
• Revenue cycle or patient access experience

Additional Details:

• Support operational incidents, requests, builds, and optimization initiatives
• Assist with testing, upgrades, workflow improvements, and end-user support
• Quarterly travel to Tallahassee required for Epic upgrade activities
• RTA go-live scheduled for October

The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $90.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
