Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for Epic Ambulatory and MyChart applications
- Manage and resolve work tickets, service and change requests
- Triage, investigate, and resolve incoming incidents related to Epic Ambulatory and MyChart functionality, ensuring timely and accurate remediation
- Escalate tickets to vendor and facilitate Sherlock tickets
- Manage incidents and service requests in the ITSM system, ensuring SLAs and communication standards are met.
- Perform routine system maintenance as requested
- Create and maintain documentation, including responsibilities, “How-To” guides, and role-specific processes
- Develop initial documentation during knowledge transfer and maintain it throughout the engagement
- Participate in call rotation for after hours
Required Qualifications:
- Epic Ambulatory Certification (required)
- Epic MyChart Certification (required)
- Experience handling training-related and In Basket incidents
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
