Daily Responsibilities

- Use basic computer systems to manage client information
- Complete required paperwork and digital forms
- Follow quality-control standards to ensure accuracy
- Participate in ongoing training and leadership development
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Positive, upbeat attitude with strong energy
- Comfortable interacting with individuals and groups
- Able to maintain professional customer relationships
- Customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required
- Able to communicate effectively with management, team members, and clients
- Team-oriented and coachable
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
