What You'll Do

As a Legacy Protection Advisor, you will:

• Connect with members through scheduled phone and Zoom consultations

• Learn about each client's financial protection needs and goals

• Recommend supplemental life insurance and benefit solutions tailored to individual circumstances

• Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care

• Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service and ongoing support

• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates and claims guidance

• Maintain accurate digital records while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations

• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development

Previous experience in customer service, sales, healthcare, education, hospitality, recruiting, or financial services is helpful—but not required. We provide comprehensive training for motivated professionals who are eager to grow.

• Ability to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License (licensing guidance provided)

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
