About Gegidze Group
Gegidze Group is a holding company built out of Tbilisi since 2017. We build and operate companies across three areas: business services, regulated finance, and real assets. Our bet is that the next generation of global companies will be built from places like Georgia, not in spite of being there, but because of what it offers: low tax, senior talent at a fraction of Western cost, and a position between Europe, Asia and the Middle East. We exist to make that practical for founders, and to prove it by doing it ourselves. Everything we sell to clients, we run first. We build companies to hold, not to flip.

● HelloTeamUp — Employer of Record and remote teams from Georgia and Eastern Europe. Clients include HP, Payoneer, Wizz Air and Lieferando.
● Unitty.io — CRM, automation and AI agents for growing businesses.
● Gegidze AMC— asset management with an umbrella fund: real estate, B2B financing and private equity sub-funds.
● Moneto Pay — payment services for high-risk e-commerce and iGaming.
● Bankysh — consumer wallet and cards. Launching this quarter.
The role
I take one or two people a year. Not more.
Here is the deal.
I need people who can sell and build. Not one or the other.
Two ways in
1. You have an idea.
Bring it. If it holds up and you can sell, you get capital, legal, finance, developers, and a brand people already pick up the phone for. You run it. You own a real piece of it.
2. You do not have an idea yet.
Also fine. Work next to me on the existing businesses for 6 to 12 months. Learn how we structure, sell, hire and finance things here. Then take one vertical and run it.
What you will actually do
● Sell. Every day. Outbound, partnerships, conferences, deals.
● Open new markets: UK, DACH, Nordics, Benelux, Middle East, US.
● Build what you sold.
● Hire the team that delivers it.
● Own the P&L.
What I am looking for
● You have carried a number and hit it.
● You have closed B2B deals yourself, not managed someone who did.
● You move without being told twice.
● You can write a clear email and hold a room with a founder.
● Fluent English. German, Russian or a Nordic language is a real advantage.
What I am not looking for
● Consultants who make decks.
● People who need a job description to know what to do today.
● Anyone who wants to learn entrepreneurship without selling anything.
● Title collectors.
What you get
● [BASE] plus commission on everything you close.
● Equity in the business you build or run.
● The whole group behind you: capital, licences, talent, legal, clients.
● Me, directly. No manager in between.
This is not a safe job. It is the fastest route I know from operator to owner.
