About the Role: 
interos.ai is hiring Enterprise Account Executives to drive new logo acquisition and expansion across large commercial accounts in the East region. You’ll sell a category‑defining, AI‑driven operational resilience platform that gives executives real‑time visibility into third‑party, supply chain, cyber, financial, and geopolitical risk—without invasive data collection. This is a hunter‑led, land‑and‑expand role focused on complex enterprise sales, multithreading from VP to C‑suite (CFO, CIO/CISO, Chief Procurement/Supply Chain, Risk/ESG) and converting strategic pain into measurable business outcomes.

You will own the full cycle—from targeted prospecting and executive discovery through business case development, consensus creation, and close—then partner cross‑functionally to expand within won accounts. Success in this role looks like opening net‑new opportunities, navigating multi‑stakeholder evaluations, and simplifying abstract value (AI, graph insights, resilience) into compelling narratives tied to cost, continuity, compliance, and growth.

What you’ll do
  • Hunt and close net‑new enterprise business; execute a land‑and‑expand motion within strategic accounts.
  • Lead executive‑level discovery and build broad, multi‑threaded relationships across Finance (CFO/FP&A/Treasury), Supply Chain/Procurement, Security/Risk, and IT.
  • Translate complex, data‑driven insights into clear business cases with quantified ROI and executive‑ready narratives.
  • Orchestrate complex, long‑cycle deals (often $250K–$1M+ ACV) from outreach to close; create and maintain mutual action plans.
  • Build and execute territory and account plans with sharp ICP focus; prioritize named accounts and sequences for pipeline creation.
  • Partner with Alliances/Channel and SDRs to accelerate pipeline and deal velocity; influence co‑sell motions with SIs and technology partners.
  • Stay current on regulatory and market trends (supply chain, TPRM, ESG, cyber) and adjust messaging and strategies accordingly.
  • Consistently meet/exceed quota (targeting ~$1M in SaaS ARR) with strong forecast hygiene and CRM discipline.
What you bring
  • Proven track record hunting and closing complex enterprise SaaS deals; comfortable with $250K+ ACV and multi‑stakeholder consensus.
  • Experience selling platform‑level solutions (GRC/TPRM, supply chain, cyber, finance, risk, or adjacent) to VP/C‑suite buyers.
  • Exceptional ability to simplify abstract concepts and tie them to executive metrics (cost, continuity, compliance, resilience).
  • Startup/scale‑up DNA: curious, coachable, competitive, and comfortable with ambiguity and self‑sourced pipeline.
  • Strong territory planning, MEDDICC/MEDDPICC‑style qualification (or similar), and value‑based selling chops.
  • Remote within the East region; ~10% travel as needed.

Work Environment, Location, and Travel: 
This role can be remote-first within the United States, with optional access to our Arlington, VA HQ. Occasional travel may be required depending on business needs. 

Compensation
Base Salary Range: $82,000 - 175,000USD (depending on experience and location)  

Variable Compensation: Commission plan 

Equity: Stock options included as part of total compensation package
