Our Technology team is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to help establish automated quality engineering practices across HALO and enterprise applications.

What you will take on (Core Competencies):

 1. Test Automation Architecture

• Design scalable automation frameworks
 • Establish reusable automation patterns
 • Define automation standards and governance
 • Develop maintainable automation solutions
 • Support enterprise-scale testing initiatives

2. UI Automation Engineering

• Build automated UI tests using Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or equivalent tools
 • Validate cross-browser compatibility
 • Support responsive application testing
 • Develop regression automation suites
 • Maintain automation reliability
 

3. API & Integration Testing

• Validate REST APIs and microservices
 • Develop automated API test suites
 • Verify integration workflows
 • Perform contract and schema validation
 • Support end-to-end testing initiatives

4. Performance & Load Testing

• Design performance testing strategies
 • Execute load and stress testing activities
 • Analyze scalability bottlenecks
 • Establish performance benchmarks
 • Validate production readiness

5. Security & Compliance Testing

• Support application security testing
 • Validate authentication and authorization controls
 • Verify compliance requirements
 • Identify vulnerabilities and risks
 • Collaborate with security teams

6. CI/CD Quality Engineering

• Integrate automation into deployment pipelines
 • Establish automated quality gates
 • Support release validation processes
 • Improve deployment confidence
 • Enable continuous testing practices

7. Test Data Management
 
 • Create and maintain automated test data
 • Design reusable testing environments
 • Manage test execution datasets
 • Ensure testing consistency
 • Support enterprise-scale validation

8. Defect Analysis & Root Cause Investigation
 
 • Analyze complex defects
 • Collaborate with engineering teams
 • Identify recurring quality issues
 • Drive preventive improvements
 • Support production incident reviews

9. Enterprise Application Testing
 
 • Test Salesforce integrations
 • Validate Python based, .NET and web applications
 • Verify cloud-native applications
 • Support API integrations
 • Validate enterprise workflows

10. Quality Leadership & Continuous Improvement
 
 • Champion quality-first development
 • Improve testing processes
 • Establish quality metrics
 • Mentor junior QA resources
 • Drive engineering excellence

Our new team member will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
 • 4+ years QA Automation experience
 • Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or equivalent tools
 • Experience with API testing tools
 • Experience in CI/CD environments
 • Knowledge of cloud-native applications and AWS
 • Strong analytical and communication skills
