We're looking for an End User Computing Manager to build and improve the workplace technology environment across EMCD. We need proactive and hands-on, who can own employee devices, corporate accounts, SaaS access, IAM, asset management, onboarding/offboarding automation, and the overall digital employee experience.

You'll work closely with Security, IT, vendors, and business teams to make sure employees have secure, reliable, and convenient access to the tools they need.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and improve the end-user technology environment: laptops, mobile devices, corporate accounts, SaaS access, Google Workspace, Slack
  • Manage IAM, SSO, access policies, and secure access to key SaaS applications
  • Build and automate onboarding/offboarding workflows, including account provisioning and access revocation
  • Manage endpoint security and device lifecycle across remote and distributed teams
  • Maintain asset management processes: hardware inventory, regular reviews, lifecycle replacement
  • Oversee Service Desk and support operations, ensuring fast and high-quality issue resolution
  • Manage vendors, SaaS providers, licenses, and contracts to avoid unused or overlapping tools
  • Standardize EUC processes across the company and drive self-service, automation, and zero-touch provisioning

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in IT, including 3–5 years in End User Computing, Workplace Technology, IT Support Management, Client Services, or Desktop Engineering
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Slack administration
  • Experience with IAM, SSO, IdP, access management
  • Experience with MDM / UEM tools such as Jamf, Google Endpoint Management, Workspace ONE, or similar
  • Understanding of endpoint operating systems: macOS, Windows, mobile platforms
  • Experience with ITSM processes and tools: incident, asset, change management; Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or similar
  • Ability to work with vendors and managed service providers
  • Proactive approach to identify problems and improve processes

Nice to have:

  • Certifications: Google Workspace Administrator, ITIL v4, Jamf Certified, PMP, or similar
  • Experience with self-service portals, Slack bots, or automated IT workflows
  • Experience standardizing user environments during M&A or company scaling
